📧 How to change your email on Ysos
Keep your contact details up to date
Keeping your email address updated on Ysos is extremely important for the proper functioning of your profile. Whether to contact us or to restore your account, your email must be valid and active.
The first step is to go to My Profile (lower right corner of the screen), and then tap the gear icon in the top right to open Settings.
To proceed, tap Change Login Information.
Next, tap Change email (if already confirmed) or Verify email (if still pending).
If verification is pending, you can tap Resend link to confirm it. Or you may select Change email to use a different address.
Fill in your email in the field What is your email? and tap Save and resend link in email.
You’ll see a message saying the verification link was sent. Check your inbox, and also the Spam folder if necessary.
Access your newly registered email and look for the message Authenticate your email. Open it and tap the button Verify my email.
If you see an error message, the link may have expired. In that case, repeat the process to request a new one.
