What is profile verification?

Verification confirms that the profile belongs to a real person and that their information is authentic. Verified users receive a badge that is displayed to all platform users, highlighting their authenticity, as shown in the example below:

How to verify my profile?

• Go to the "My Profile" tab;
• A grey badge means you haven't been verified yet or haven't met all the requirements to earn it.
  If the badge is blue, it means your profile is verified and meets all the necessary criteria.
• To start the verification process, tap the "Verify" button next to the percentage showing your profile completion.

What does my profile need to be verified?

• Have a confirmed email;
• Add a profile photo;
• Post at least two photos in the public gallery;
• Fill out the "About You" section;
• Share your interests and fantasies;
• Submit a verification photo.

Each completed step increases your profile completion percentage. If any information is removed, the percentage decreases, and the completion button will be reactivated for you to correct.

How to submit the verification photo?

For individual profiles:

• Tap Verify;
• Read the photo instructions;
• Allow camera access for the app;
• Take the photo as shown in the example on screen;
• Review the image and choose between "Retake" or "Submit".

For couple profiles, each person must submit an individual photo, following the same process.

After submitting the photo, your profile status will update to 99%, and the request will be automatically forwarded to the review team. You'll receive a notification confirming that verification is in progress, and the badge will appear in orange until the process is complete.

If approved, you'll be notified, the profile status will reach 100%, and the verification badge will be activated, visible to all app users.

Remember, to keep your profile verified, it’s important to keep it 100% complete after verification.

My photo was rejected, what now?

If verification is rejected, you'll receive a notification with the reason and details about the possibility of submitting a new request.

Among the main reasons for photo rejection are:

• Face covered or not visible enough;
• Photo not following the provided instructions;
• Inadequate lighting;
• Photo incompatible with profile images;
• Profile violating Terms of Use.

Therefore, read the instructions in the notification carefully before trying again.
