💸 How to request a refund on Ysos
Steps for requesting refunds via Play Store and App Store
All purchases on Ysos are processed by the app stores, so refund policies follow the rules of the Play Store and App Store.
Here's how to request your refund on each platform:
Android Users
Open the Play Store, tap your profile picture (top right), and select “Help & feedback”.
The Google Support page will open. Tap “Request a refund on Google Play”.
You'll see refund policy details. Tap "Next" and confirm if the displayed email is the one used to make the purchase.
If not, see how to log in with the correct account.
Then, find your Ysos subscription and select the GOLD plan you want to refund.
Select the refund reason and confirm your request.
The request will be reviewed by Google. You’ll receive a response within up to 4 business days.
iOS Users
To request a refund on iOS, you'll need to report a problem to Apple.
Go to Settings > tap your name > Media & Purchases > View Account.
Then go to Purchase History and find Ysos GOLD. Tap the Charged Amount, then tap the Ysos icon and select "Report a Problem".
You’ll be redirected to a webpage (you may need to log in with your Apple ID).
Under “How can we help you?”, select “Request a refund” and then choose the reason for the refund.
Click "Next", select Ysos GOLD, and tap "Submit".
You’ll receive a response within 48 hours.
