⚠️ How to report profiles on Ysos
Our team is available to review your reports!
If you come across a profile that violates Ysos’ Terms of Use, displays inappropriate behavior, or uses the platform for harmful actions, we strongly encourage you to help the community by submitting a report.
There are two ways to do this. The first is through the "Explore" page by tapping the three dots at the top right corner of the user’s photo.
Then tap the third option, "Report". A new screen will open asking for the reason and a message box where you can explain what happened.
Please describe the situation clearly so we understand why the account is being reported.
Reporting messages
The second option is to report directly from your message inbox. Once your profile matches someone else’s, you’ll be able to chat.
If that person violates the Terms of Use, you can open a report by tapping the three dots in the top right corner of the screen.
Select the reason you’re reporting the profile. You’ll then be asked for details — please explain thoroughly what happened.
The text entered in the "Your message" box is sent to our support team, who will analyze your report and the details you’ve provided.
After clicking "Send report", you’ll receive a confirmation email. You can attach screenshots to that email to help us verify the violation.
Although screenshots are not allowed in public areas of the app, they are accepted in private conversations to help us maintain a safe environment.
