Forgot your password and trying to recover it? Don’t worry—Ysos is here to help!

The first step is to open the app's home page and tap "Login".

Below the username and password fields, you’ll see the option "Forgot my password".

Tapping this link will take you to the password recovery screen, where you’ll be asked for your registered phone number.

Enter your registered number with area code (DDD) and the recovery code will be sent to your SMS automatically.

If you don’t receive the code, you can request it again via WhatsApp, as shown below:

After entering the five-digit code, tap "Verify code" to start the security process.

Tap "Ok" and on the next screen, enter your new password—it must have at least six characters.

Don’t forget to enter the same password in the "Confirm your password" field. Once confirmed, just tap "Save" and that’s it: your password is updated and you can access Ysos again!

Important: if the SMS code doesn’t arrive on the first try, wait 15 minutes and try again. If you still don’t receive the code, contact support here.
