Deleting a private conversation is simple and quick. Open the app and tap on Messages (the second icon in the bottom menu of Ysos).

Use the search tool to quickly find the conversation you want to delete.

Tap the magnifying glass in the upper right corner, type the profile name, and find the conversation.

Open the conversation, tap the three dots in the upper right corner, and select Clear conversation.

Confirm by tapping Clear. Please note: this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Done! Messages with that user will no longer appear in your app.

Important: Deleting a conversation removes the content only from your app. Messages may still be visible to the other participant unless they also delete them.

Privacy guaranteed: Ysos does not store and does not have access to the content of private conversations between users. For technical and security reasons, it is not possible to recover or send deleted message history.

To keep your experience safe, we recommend:

• Regularly delete old or unwanted conversations;
• Never share sensitive data in chats;
• Be alert to suspicious behavior and use the report button if necessary.
